Scope

This part of SN/T 1737 specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for the determination of fenacetate residues in food. This section is applicable to the detection and confirmation of herbicidal residues in apples, pineapples, spinach, carrots, perilla leaves, honeysuckle, ginger powder, pepper powder, tea, wheat, corn, peanuts, meat, fish and animal livers.
