Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the inspection of lactic acid bacteria in lactic acid bacteria beverages. This standard applies to active lactic acid bacteria beverages with corresponding flavors made from fresh milk, milk powder or supplemented with soybeans, etc., which are fermented by lactic acid bacteria.
