《GB/T 17377-2008动植物油脂 脂肪酸甲酯的气相色谱分析》由TC270(全国粮油标准化技术委员会)归口,TC270SC2(全国粮油标准化技术委员会油料及油脂分会)执行,主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准给出了采用填充柱或毛细管柱气相色谱法,对按GB/T 17376规定方法获得的脂肪酸甲酯混合物组成进行定性、定量测定的一般性指南。
本标准不适用于聚合的脂肪酸。
本标准是对GB/T 17377-1998 《动植物油脂 脂肪酸甲酯的气相色谱分析》的修订。
本标准与GB/T 17377-1998 的主要差异如下:
―――删除了原标准的“ISO 前言”;
―――将原标准的“附录A”改为本标准的“5.1.2”。
本标准自实施之日起代替GB/T 17377-1998。


1. Scope

This standard gives general guidance for the application of gas chromatography, using packed or capillary columns, to determine the qualitative and quantitative composition of a mixture of fatty acid methyl esters obtained in accordance with the method specified in GB/T 17376.
The method is not applicable to polymerized fatty acids.

2. Normative Reference

The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard. However, all parties coming to agreements based on this standard are encouraged to investigate the possibility of applying the most recent editions of the standards. 3.1 Carrier gas
Inert gas (nitrogen, helium, argon, hydrogen, etc.), thoroughly dried and with an oxygen content of less than 10 mg/kg.
