Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of sodium propionate and calcium propionate in food by high performance liquid chromatography. This standard is applicable to the content determination of sodium propionate and calcium propionate in soy products, raw wet noodle products, bread, cakes, vinegar, soy sauce and other foods. The method detection limit of this standard: 0.03g/kg, method quantitative limit: 0.10g/kg.
