Scope

This standard specifies the principles of X-ray fluorescence analyzers for cement; terms and definitions; technical requirements; test methods; acceptance rules; marking, packaging, transportation, storage and use. This standard applies to the acceptance of new instruments and the calibration of in-use instruments for X-ray fluorescence analyzers used for the analysis of chemical components of cement and its raw materials.
