Sample pretreatment:

  1. After homogenizing the sample, weigh 2g (accurate to 0.01g)
  2. Add 10mL acetonitrile to extract, homogenize at 9500r/min for 30s
  3. Centrifuge at 4000r/min for 5min, take the supernatant
  4. Concentrate to dryness with nitrogen at 40℃
