本标准规定了锗单晶切割片、研磨片和腐蚀片的产品分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则及标志、包装、运输和贮存。本标准适用于各种牌号的锗单晶经切割、双面研磨、分割、腐蚀制备的圆形、方形和长方形锗片。

Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of germanium single crystal cutting sheets, grinding sheets and corrosion sheets (referred to as germanium sheets). This standard is applicable to round, square and rectangular germanium slices prepared by cutting, double-sided grinding, splitting and etching of germanium single crystals of various brands. Products are used to make transistors and infrared devices.
