《GB/T 22110-2008食品中反式脂肪酸的测定 气相色谱法》由TC64(全国食品工业标准化技术委员会)归口,主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了用气相色谱法测定食品中反式脂肪酸的条件和详细分析步骤。本标准适用于植物油和含植物油食品中反式脂肪酸含量的测定;不适用于动物油脂和含动物油脂食品中反式脂肪酸的测定。本标准样品中反式脂肪酸最低检测限为0.05%(以脂肪计)。


Scope

This standard specifies the conditions and detailed analysis steps for the determination of trans fatty acids in food by gas chromatography. This standard applies to the determination of trans fatty acids in vegetable oils and foods containing vegetable oils, but not for the determination of trans fatty acids in animal oils and foods containing animal oils. The minimum detection limit of trans fatty acids in this standard sample is 0.05% (calculated as fat).
