Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, instruments and equipment, determination, result processing and presentation, confirmation and processing of abnormal samples, accuracy and precision, and test report requirements for the determination of wheat flour ash content by near-infrared analysis methods. This standard applies to the rapid determination of ash in wheat flour. This standard does not apply to referee inspections.
