《GB/T 5009.22-2003食品中黄曲霉毒素B1的测定》由361（国家卫生健康委员会）归口，主管部门为国家卫生健康委员会。
本标准于1985年首次发布，于1996年第一次修订，本次为第二修订。
本标准代替GB/T 5009.22-1996《食品中黄曲霉毒素B1的测定》。
本标准规定了粮食、花生及其制品、薯类、豆类、发酵食品及酒类等各种食品中黄曲霉毒素B1的测定方法。
本标准适用于粮食、花生及其制品、薯类、豆类、发酵食品及酒类等各种食品中黄曲霉毒素B1的测定。
本标准与GB/T 5009.22-1996相比主要修改如下：
――修改了标准的中文名称，标准中文名称改为《食品中黄曲霉毒素B1的测定》；
――按照GB/T 20001.4-2001《标准编写规则 第4部分：化学分析方法》对原标准的结构进行了修改。

This standard specifies determination methods of aflatoxin B1 in foods like grain, peanut and their products, potato, bean, fermented food and liquor.
This standard is applicable to determination of aflatoxin B1 in foods like grain, peanut and their products, potato, bean, fermented food and liquor.
In Method I, minimum detectable quantity of aflatoxin B1 on thin layer plate is 0.0004μg and detection limit is 5μg/kg. In Method II, the detection limit of aflatoxin B1 is 0.01μg/kg.
