本标准规定了电子探针定量分析过程中仪器的安装要求、工作条件、标样选择、基本操作过程、各种修正处理方法及最终报告格式。本标准适用于波长分光谱仪的电子探针分析仪对样品中各素组成定量分析测量及数据处理过程。


Scope

This standard stipulates the installation requirements, working conditions, standard sample selection, basic operation process, various correction processing methods and final report format for the electronic probe quantitative analysis process. This standard applies to the electronic probe analyzer of the wavelength spectrometer to quantitatively analyze and measure the composition of each element in the sample and the data processing process.
