《GB/T 15684-1995谷物制品脂肪酸值测定法》由TC270（全国粮油标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准规定了用无水乙醇提取测定大米、糙米脂肪酸值的方法原理，使用的仪器、试剂，操作步骤及结果计算。本标准适用于大米、糙米中脂肪酸值的测定。

Scope

This standard specifies the principle of the method for determining the fatty acid value of rice and brown rice by extraction with absolute ethanol, the instruments, reagents, operation steps and result calculations used. This standard is applicable to the determination of fatty acid value in rice and brown rice.
