Standard Revision Background and Technology Evolution

As a replacement version of GA 765-2008, this standard mainly achieves two key improvements: adjusting the mandatory standard to a recommended standard, and adding a normative reference to pure water in the reagent requirements (in accordance with GB/T 6682-2008 Grade 3 water standard). This revision reflects the development of the standard system towards scientific and refined directions.

Typical case: In a criminal case, when using a lacrimal sac puncture needle to treat trace blood stains, the immersion time was adjusted to 2 hours and the amount of pure water was controlled to 0.3mL, and hemoglobin that was 5 years old was successfully detected.
