本标准适用于猪肉、鸡肉、牛肉、猪肝、鸡肝、牛肝、猪肾、牛肾、鱼肉、奶粉、蜂蜜中：4-硝基咪唑、异丙
硝唑、2-甲硝咪唑、洛硝哒唑、甲硝唑、氯甲硝咪唑、地美硝唑、苯硝咪唑残留量及其代谢物羟基甲硝唑MNZOH（甲硝唑代谢物）、羟甲基甲硝咪唑HMMNI（2-甲硝咪唑、洛硝哒唑代谢物）的测定。

Scope

This standard specifies the high performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of 8 kinds of nitroimidazole original drugs and 2 kinds of metabolites residues in food of animal origin. This standard is applicable to pork, chicken, beef, pig liver, chicken liver, beef liver, pig kidney, beef kidney, fish, milk powder, honey: 4-nitroimidazole, isoprenidazole, 2-metronidazole, Nitridazole, metronidazole, clometnidazole, demetonidazole, benzidazole residues and their metabolites hydroxymetronidazole MNZOH (metabolite of metronidazole), hydroxymethylmetronidazole HMMNI (2- Determination of metabolites of metronidazole and ronidazole)
