《GB/T 4789.7-2008食品卫生微生物学检验副溶血性弧菌检验》由361（国家卫生健康委员会）归口，主管部门为国家卫生健康委员会。
本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ４７８９．７―２００３《食品卫生微生物学检验　副溶血性弧菌检验》。本标准自实施
之日起，ＧＢ／Ｔ４７８９．７―２００３同时废止。本标准规定了食品中副溶血性弧菌（Vibrio parahaemolyticus）的检验方法。本标准适用于水产品及食物中毒样品中副溶血性弧菌的检验，其他食品可参照使用。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ４７８９．７―２００３相比主要变化如下：
―――将选择性增菌液由氯化钠结晶紫增菌液改为３％氯化钠碱性蛋白胨水；
―――将选择性分离培养基由氯化钠蔗糖琼脂和嗜盐菌选择性琼脂改为硫代硫酸盐?柠檬酸盐?胆盐?蔗糖琼脂和科玛嘉弧菌显色培养基；
―――增加ＡＰＩ２０Ｅ诊断试剂条及全自动细菌生化鉴定仪ＶＩＴＥＫ；
―――增加血清学分型；
―――将动物试验改为神奈川试验；
―――增加最可能数检索表。

Scope

This standard specifies the inspection method for Vibrio parahaemolyticus in food. This standard applies to the inspection of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in aquatic products and food poisoning samples, and other foods can be used as a reference.
