本标准规定了保健食品中吡啶甲酸含量的测定方法。本标准适用于吡啶甲酸铬作为功效成分添加于片剂、胶囊等试样类型中含量的测定。


Scope

This standard specifies the determination method for chromium picolinate in health food. This standard applies to the determination of the content of chromium picolinate added as an active ingredient in tablets, capsules and other sample types. The detection limit of this method is 0.05 μg, and the linear range: 2.00 μg/Ml~100 μg/mL.
