Scope

This part of GB/T 9695 specifies the method for preparing fatty acid methyl esters from lipids obtained in accordance with GB/T 9695.1 and the method for qualitative and quantitative determination of fatty acid methyl ester mixture components by gas chromatography. This section applies to the determination of fatty acids in meat and meat products. This section does not apply to the determination of polymerized fatty acids.
