《GB/T 22507-2008动植物油脂 植物油中反式脂肪酸异构体含量测定 气相色谱法》由TC270(全国粮油标准化技术委员会)归口,TC270SC2(全国粮油标准化技术委员会油料及油脂分会)执行,主管部门为国家粮食和物资储备局。
本标准修改采用CAC/RCP 51-2003《预防和降低谷物中真菌毒素污染操作规范,包括赫曲霉素A、玉米赤霉烯酮、伏马毒素和单端孢霉烯族毒素的附录》。
本标准规定了预防和降低谷物中真菌毒素污染的操作规范和应用管理体系。
本标准适用于谷物种植、收获前、收获、储藏、运输各个环节谷物中各种真菌毒素污染的预防和降低。
本标准与CAC/RCP 51-2003相比主要技术差异如下:
――将原国际标准中属于引言部分的第1段到第3段的适用内容经转化后形成本标准的引言;
――增加了标准的“范围”和“规范性引用文件”两部分内容,并将原国际标准中“CAC/RCP 1-1969,R ev.4(2003)”代替为GB/T 19538;
―――将原国际标准的附录A、附录B、附录C和附录D的适用内容纳入了标准正文中,其中附录A和附录D 的适用内容经转化后成为本标准的3.2.7,附录B的适用内容经转化后成为本标准
的3.3.7,附录C的适用内容经转化后纳入本标准3.4.3;
―――为了方便比较,在附录A中列出了本标准条款和国际标准条款的对照一览表。


Scope

This standard specifies the capillary column gas chromatography method for the determination of trans fatty acid isomer content in vegetable oil. This standard adopts capillary column gas chromatography (GC) method, which is suitable for determining the content of trans isomers produced in (high temperature) refined or hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats. This standard may also report other fatty acids in the same analysis of the same sample (for example: total fatty acid composition, total amount of saturated fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids).
