Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, method principles, reagents and materials, instruments, sample preparation, determination, instrument laboratory conditions and safety for X-ray diffraction method for crystal structure analysis of inorganic chemical products. This standard applies to the analysis of the crystal structure of various inorganic chemical products by diffractometer method.
