本标准代替GB/T 5009.8-2003《食品中蔗糖的测定》和GB/T 16286-1996《食品中蔗糖的测定方法　酶-比色法》。
本标准规定了食品中蔗糖含量的测定方法。
本标准适用于食品中蔗糖含量的测定。
本标准与GB/T 5009.8-2003相比主要修改如下：
―――增加了高效液相色谱法，作为“第一法”；
―――原有的“酸水解法”作为“第二法”；
―――删除了规范性引用文件。

Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of sucrose content in food. This standard applies to the determination of sucrose content in food. "First method" high performance liquid chromatography, when the sample weight is 10g, the detection limit is 2.0mg/100g. "The second method" acid hydrolysis method, when the sample weight is 5g, the detection limit of the direct titration method is 0.24g/100g.
