《GB/T 19077.1-2003粒度分析 激光衍射法》由TC243(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会)归口,TC243SC4(全国有色金属标准化技术委员会粉末冶金分会)执行,主管部门为中国有色金属工业协会。
本部分修改采用ISO 13320-1:1999《粒度分析激光衍射法第1部分总则》。本部分通过分析颗粒的角度光散射图,对测量任意双相系的颗粒粒度分布提供指导,这些双相系包括:粉末体、水雾、烟雾剂、悬浮液、乳状液以及液体中的气泡等。


Scope

This part provides guidance for measuring the particle size distribution of any two-phase system by analyzing the angular light scattering diagram of the particle. These two-phase systems include: powders, water mist, aerosols, suspensions, emulsions, and bubbles in liquids, etc. . This standard does not put forward specific requirements for the particle size measurement of specific products, and can be used to measure particles with a particle size ranging from 0.1 um to 3 mm. For non-spherical particles, since this technique assumes that the particles in its optical model are spherical, an equivalent spherical particle size distribution can be obtained. The result of this particle size distribution may differ from that obtained by measurement methods based on other physical principles (eg sedimentation, sieving).
