《GB/T 21514-2008饲料中脂肪酸含量的测定》由TC76（全国饲料工业标准化技术委员会）归口，主管部门为国家标准化管理委员会。
本标准规定了三氟化硼法和氢氧化钾-氯化氢法两种脂肪酸甲酯制备方法及应用配有毛细管柱和火焰原子化检测器的气相色谱对脂肪中的脂肪酸进行定量分析的方法。本标准适用于动植物脂肪、配制动物饲料的油类和混合脂肪酸以及配合饲料脂肪的提取物（包括脂肪和含有丁酸的脂肪酸混合物）中脂肪酸的测定。本标准不适用于聚合脂肪酸。

Scope

This standard specifies two methods for the preparation of fatty acid methyl esters, the boron trifluoride method and the potassium hydroxide-hydrogen chloride method, and the method for the quantitative analysis of fatty acids in fats by gas chromatography equipped with a capillary column and a flame ionization detector. This standard applies to the determination of fatty acids in animal and vegetable fats, oils and mixed fatty acids formulated for animal feed, and fat extracts from compound feeds (including fats and fatty acid mixtures containing butyric acid). This standard does not apply to polymerized fatty acids.
