Scope

This part of GB/T 18932 specifies the TLC method for the determination of high fructose starch syrup in honey. This section applies to the determination of high fructose starch syrup in various honeys. When the sample volume of this part is 2 μL, the detection limit is 10%; when the sample volume is 6 μL, the detection limit can reach 5%.
