本标准规定了食品中维生素A和维生素E的测定方法。本标准适用于食品中维生素A和维生素E的测定。


1 Scope

This standard specifies the method for the determination of retinol and tocopherol in foods.
This standard is applicable to the determination of retinol and tocopherol in foods.
The detection limits of this standard are: VA: 0.8ng; α-E: 91.8ng; γ-E: 36.6ng; δ-E: 20.6ng.

Method I High Performance Liquid Chromatography

2 Principle

After saponification treatment, retinol and tocopherol in the specimen shall be extracted from the non-saponifiable part into the organic solvent, separated with high performance liquid chromatography C18 reversed phase column, detected by UV detector and then determined quantitatively with internal standard method.
