Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, instruments, determination, result processing and presentation, confirmation and processing of abnormal samples, accuracy and precision, and test report requirements for the determination of crude protein content (dry basis) of wheat flour by near-infrared methods. This standard applies to the rapid determination of the crude protein content (dry basis) of wheat flour. This standard does not apply to referee inspections.
