本标准是对GB/T 14489.2-1993 《油料粗蛋白质的测定法》的修订。
本标准规定了植物油料粗蛋白质测定的术语和定义、原理、试剂、仪器、试样制备、操作步骤和结果计算。
本标准适用于植物油料粗蛋白质的测定。
本标准与GB/T 14489.2-1993 的主要技术差异如下：
―――修改了规范性引用文件；
―――增加并修改了有关术语和定义；
―――修订了试剂和仪器说明；
―――修订了试样制备；
―――增加了半微量法和仪器法；
―――增加了蒸馏步骤的检验；
―――修订了结果计算。
本标准自实施之日起代替GB/T 14489.2-1993 。

Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, reagents, instruments, sample preparation, operating procedures and result calculations for the determination of crude protein in vegetable oils. This standard applies to the determination of crude protein of vegetable oils.
