Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principles, instruments and equipment, sample preparation, determination, result processing and presentation, confirmation and treatment of abnormal samples, accuracy and Precision and test report requirements. This standard is applicable to the rapid determination of the crude protein content (dry basis) of paddy, brown rice and rice. This standard does not apply to referee inspections.
